Poll: How Do You Think Stoned Driving Should Be Addressed?

With more and more states legalizing marijuana (either for medical and/or recreational purposes), the issue of stoned driving is becoming a hot topic of conversation among law enforcement officials across the country.

Because pot is fat-soluble and can be detected in a user’s body for weeks after use (not to mention everyone has different tolerance levels), experts agree that there is no accepted standard of impairment for marijuana (unlike alcohol, in which case a 0.08 or higher blood alcohol content means that a person is legally impaired to drive).

But we want to know what you, the cannabis consumer, think.
