Leafly will be giving away Leafly swag bags to eligible winners (each a “Giveaway”, and collectively the “Promotion”) during its 2016 Election Day coverage via Facebook Live and Periscope. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Must be at least 21 years old and a U.S. resident to enter and win. By entering Promotion, entrant represents and warrants he or she meets the eligibility criteria for entry. Promotion ends 11:59pm PST on Nov. 8, 2016. Winners will be selected as described in Leafly’s video coverage, and notified via message or direct message on applicable social media platform. Six (6) to eight (8) winners will be selected. Odds of winning depends on number of eligible entries received. Approximate retail value of each prize is $100. Winners responsible for payment of all taxes on prizes. Limit one prize per person.
